On Sunday, 10.04.22 at 15.00 starts the next public guided tour in the Museum Kloster Bentlage. The visitors will walk in the footsteps of the former inhabitants of the Crusader monastery, whereby the eventful history of this place is conveyed very directly. Whether in the cloister or in the former sacristy, the exhibited works of art and the architecture enter into an exciting dialogue. The joint tour with a museum tour guide will also take visitors to the Westphalian Gallery, where paintings and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries from the holdings of the LWL Museum of Art and Cultural History can be seen: from Otto Modersohn’s landscapes from the surroundings of Münster, to August Macke’s cheerful flower still lifes, to the abstract works of Josef Albers. The entry fee is €5; a transferable 4-person ticket is available for €16 at the museum box office. Information about the current Corona conservation regulations is available by calling 05971 – 920610 (weekdays). On weekends, the museum box office can be reached at 05971 – 918450.
