RheineMayor Dr. Peter Lüttmann was able to congratulate a total of 22 deserving colleagues of the city administration on their 25th or 40th anniversary of service. In the presence of Jürgen Rotthues, Chairman of the Staff Council, and the heads of the departments and special divisions, he thanked them and expressed his appreciation for their many years of support and cooperation.
