The city of Bernburg (Saale) asks all citizens who currently have refugees from Ukraine living with them privately or owners of boarding houses in which refugees are currently living who are not yet registered with the residents’ registration office to inform the city of Bernburg (Saale) as soon as possible about the persons living there.
The notification can be made independently of the registration by the Residents’ Registration Office at the Social Welfare Office of the City of Bernburg (Saale) under Tel.: 03471 659-500 or by e-mail: . For this purpose, the number and names of the persons who will be accommodated, the address of the accommodation and a contact person, including the telephone number for queries, are required.
The background to this is the fact that as of this week the allocation of refugees from Ukraine will take place via the federal and state governments and all persons not previously registered or reported will not be counted.
If privately housed persons should need housing in the near future through the city, this can only be done if the city knows how many people are currently in the city, as housing can only be provided for those.
