The team of the spoon exotic starts with further soup days in the middle51
Rheine. The impatience and the associated demand in the district is great. But the wait is over: the volunteers of the Löffel-Exoten are happy to welcome their guests again.
On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, and then again every two weeks, soup lovers can spend their lunch break in the meeting center and try exotic soups.
Even though word of the Spoon Exotic’s soup offerings has spread far and wide, it has become a popular meeting place for many. Meeting up with an old friend, having lunch together with the neighbors for once, or quickly indulging in a little soup timeout in Mitte51 during the lunch break. Guests now come from all over the city, because word gets around quickly about good food and a friendly atmosphere.
On offer next Wednesday will be a beet soup and an Irish savoy soup. As before, one dish each will be vegetarian. The exotic meals will be prepared by the kitchen team of the Mensaverein Rheine.
Anyone who would like to enrich the new year with a voluntary activity is welcome to contact the volunteers of the spoon exotic or the Mitte51. The team is always happy to hear from anyone interested and will be happy to provide information. Because here not only soups are carried to the tables and dirty dishes are cleared away again, here happens much more: One gets to know new people, because there is always time for small conversations. New acquaintances are quickly made, offers of help are passed on and some people even discover a new hobby, or new ideas and projects start between the soup bowls.
A prior registration is mandatory for each person in advance. On soup days, the 2G+ rule (recovered or vaccinated and tested) counts, to protect your health and that of those around you.
A soup portion with organic rolls costs 3,00€ and the second helping 1,00€. The Mitte51 is barrier-free.
