Seniors’ cinema working group conducts fundraising campaign

RheineThe senior citizens’ cinema continues to be very popular and takes place on the first Tuesday and Wednesday of every month at Cinetech Rheine . It is always a lovely afternoon, starting with coffee and cake before the movie.

Reason enough for Adolf Wessing from the AG Seniorenkino to remember the people who are not always doing well. At the November screening, he therefore drew attention to the AG Seniorenkino’s fundraising campaign in aid of the Kinderschutzbund Rheine and immediately sent the donation tins through the rows of moviegoers. The result of the fundraising campaign was all the more gratifying: €454.17 was handed over to Sabine Busch-Murray from the Kinderschutzbund Rheine on St. Nicholas Day before the cinema event. The AG Seniorenkino thanked all donors for their great willingness to donate.
