Employees honored for 25 and 40 years of service with the Caritas Badge of Honor

Rheine. cpr. Ten employees of the Caritas association Rheine were honored with the Caritas badge of honor by the Caritas board members Dieter Fühner and Ludger Schröer as well as the employee representation, represented by Heinz Esders, for many years of commitment in a church association.

In his welcoming speech, Board Member Dieter Fühner emphasized the high and reliable commitment of the long-standing employees. “Caritas stands for humanity and solidarity, and you lay the foundation for these values with your daily work. For a society in which people in need find help and hope,” Fühner said. In their many years of service at Caritas, the jubilarians have done much more than just their duty. They have put their heart and personality into their work and have become “an important support for the association and for those who need our help”. Heinz Esders from the employee representation also thanked the colleagues for the quality and reliability in their work.

After the personal laudations, Caritas board members Dieter Fühner and Ludger Schröer, together with Heinz Esders, presented the Caritas badges of honor, flowers and a voucher for the KAFFEEHAUS to the jubilarians on behalf of the German Caritas Association and the Diocesan Caritas Association of Münster. The small ceremony was accompanied musically by Jürgen Löbbers.

The following employees were honored for their 25 years of church-caritative service:

Monika Hoch, Angelika Schürmeyer, Michael Wojtulek (Caritas-Marienstift retirement home), Beate Liebing, Nicole Müller-Wenzlaff, Maria Schütz (Child, Youth and Family Counseling Department), Thomas Nacke, Marianne Veerkamp (Caritas-Emstor Workshops) and Hendrik Wulf (Central Services). Beate Koopmeiners (Jacob-Meyersohn-Wohnverbund) was honored for 40 years.
