Rheine. On Saturday, December 10, 2022, the exhibition “Colours on grey” of the Youth Art School Rheine was opened.
In the rooms of the gallery Brockmann & Sons the creative, colorful and diverse works of the smallest artists from the Youth Art School as well as the works of the artists and at the same time Youth Art School lecturers Sabine Bach and Kerstin Schrader can be seen. In addition, Almuth Rusteberg is also present as an external artist and shows her contemporary art, which floods the room in a wave of color.
Mayor Dr. Peter Lüttmann, who opened the vernissage, was faced with a large crowd of visitors. In addition to the artists, both young and old, and their parents, many other people interested in art also showed up and made sure that it was crowded in the gallery. The excitement of the artists and the joy about the great interest in the vernissage was naturally great. And so the feedback from the numerous guests was also positive throughout. “It is nice that the children are given the opportunity to simply show what they can do and on an equal footing with the adult artists,” was also the comment of one visitor to the exhibition. Anyone who is interested in seeing this color explosion can do so until the end of February 2023 always on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in the gallery Brockmann & Sons.
