The organizers want to not only achieve this result again at the European elections on June 9, but possibly even surpass it. After all, in these elections, young people as young as 16 are allowed to vote for the first time. The planners also have this potential in mind.

The first plans were presented today at City Hall. Mayor Dr. Peter Lüttmann emphasized that the world has changed dramatically since the elections five years ago. He mentioned Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the armed conflicts in the Middle East.
