City employees celebrate service anniversaries

Rheine. No fewer than 26 employees of the city of Rheine had reason to celebrate: They were able to celebrate 25 and 40 years of public service. Mayor Dr. Peter Lüttmann recently welcomed the jubilarians to the Salzsiedehaus. In his speech, he thanked them for their many years of commitment and the great dedication that all those present had shown for the city of Rheine. “I look forward to our continued cooperation,” Lüttmann continued. After the employees reminisced a bit and looked back on the many changes of the past decades, the mayor congratulated all the jubilarians individually. Each and every one of them received a certificate and a bouquet of flowers. Afterwards, everyone gathered in the foyer of the Salzsiedehaus for coffee, cake and cold drinks to round off the festivities.
