Shortly before Christmas Eve, the “Tuckers with a Heart” drove to a branch of the Caritas children’s and youth home and unloaded pallets of textiles and toys from their “15-ton truck” in the pouring rain. In the weeks beforehand, they had collected items from companies and private individuals to support people in need. Matthias Kornblum, Head of Department at the youth welfare facility, gratefully accepted the donation. “The pallets are sorted between the years so that families, young adults and refugees can be provided with the donation as quickly as possible,” said Matthias Kornblum.
