Entries in the cycling diaries are still possible within seven days
Rheine. The organizers and city officials are thrilled: Once again, the great commitment of Rheine’s citizens has resulted in the city coming out on top in the competition field.
With a magnificent joint achievement of 500,000 kilometers cycled together, the city of Rheine is currently in first place in a nationwide comparison (size category 50,000 – 99,999 inhabitants). “It is still too early to celebrate – but a big thank you to all participants is already in order”, Michael Wolters and Engelbert Nagelschmidt are happy about the great result. The two organizers are also grateful for the many positive responses to the campaign, which have shown that people in Rheine travel many kilometers by bicycle, both privately and professionally, and are actively committed to a change in traffic patterns in Rheine – and ultimately enjoy cycling.
Today, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, marks the end of this year’s campaign weeks at STADTRADELN 2022 in Rheine. “For registered participants, however, there is still a seven-day grace period after the campaign period.” Michael Wolters emphasizes the possibility of subsequently entering kilometers that were cycled within the 21-day campaign period.” After that, no more entries or changes are possible.
