Application still possible until April 10
Rheine. The application period for the fourth edition of the district competition “Shaping the future together” is entering its final phase. Until April 10, associations, educational institutions and district advisory boards can apply to participate with a project under the motto “Experience community in the district (anew) – analog or digital”.
During the Corona pandemic, our social togetherness was put to the test – increasingly, events, festivities and projects can now take place in the community again. Therefore, the competition is also intended to be a “new start” for living together in the neighborhoods. New ideas or existing activities that are optimized as a result of the competition can be submitted.
After the closing date for applications, a jury will select at least one project for each district for implementation and provide it with a starting grant of €300. There is then time until the fall of 2022 for the actual implementation of the ideas, after which prize money of up to €1,000 awaits all projects.
