Lars, Jasper and Job are the three best Cyber Agents of Borne! The three boys (10 years old) have performed the games from the program Hackshield the best in the past six months and are therefore officially Junior Cyber Agent. This afternoon they were officially honored by Mayor Jan Pierik and received a certificate and pin.
The boys indicate that they enjoyed playing the games and learned a lot about safe internet use.
Hackshield
Hackshield is an online game that makes children between 8 and 12 years old resilient against cybercrime. This exciting game trains children to become Junior Cyber Agents who can protect themselves and their environment from online danger. This way they not only learn something themselves, they can also advise others. By playing the game children learn about different themes, answer questions and earn ‘shields’ as proof that they are aware of the do’s and don’ts online.
