The city of Rheine invites all interested citizens to a second public forum on the plans for the Kümpers site on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. The plans for the area of the former spinning and weaving mill Hermann Kümpers in Rheine have already been the subject of public participation, which was followed by the development of a plan concept and variant tests.
For the citizens’ forum now planned, it is intended that the existing planning variants, which have already been presented to the Committee for Urban Development, Environment and Climate Protection, will be presented to the public once again with the underlying subject matter and that an exchange will take place. The interested citizens can discuss to the planning from your view substantial points with the representatives of the planning, ask questions and give suggestions.
