For the seventh year in a row, the Tourism Street will be opened to the participants of the CapitalDays in Gediminas Avenue near Lukiškės Square.The visitors will be delighted by the initiative of the national tourism promotion agency “Travel Lithuania” and the tourism information centres to present the whole country in one street.

A section of Gediminas Avenue will be transformed into a tourism oasis, where thousands of tourist information centres will be waiting for ideas on how to plan a trip around Lithuania and not to miss out on the most attractive experiences. Tourist information centres from Vilnius, Šiauliai, Utena, Alytus, Trakai, Druskininkai, Lazdijai, Nida and other cities will be waiting for you on Tourism Street.

“Travel Lithuania”, which encouraged people to discover what is their own during the last tourist season, this year encourages the participants to travel using the motto “Go back to where it was good”. After all, when travelling around Lithuania, it is not always necessary to look for new places or activities – sometimes it is the things that are close, familiar, familiar, already experienced in childhood or in the recent past that give stronger emotions.
