“My wife and I cycled the Vriendenweg from Rheine to Borne and back last weekend and were simply thrilled.
We picked up a free leaflet from “Rheine.Tourismus”, scanned the QR code, connected it to Komoot and off we went on an excellent route.We were guided along paths and “Pättkes”, far away from the main road, that we had never seen before. The landscape was a feast for the eyes.
As you are more likely to hear something negative than positive these days, we felt the need to share this with you. At the same time, I would be grateful if you would forward this email to the people who created these two fantastic cycle routes (the outward route was completely different to the return route at). What a great achievement!
I would like to conclude with the words of Wilhelm Busch:
“It is a commendable custom,who gets something good, also gives thanks!”
With this in mind…
